This release allows to use the OpennessWebView2 control with a fixed version of the WebView2 Runtime, as can be obtained from https://github.com/westinyang/WebView2RuntimeArchive (109.0.1518.78 works for Windows 7, 8, 8.1).
The installation procedure is illustrated here.
