Fixedsys Core

This is a new version of Fixedsys Modern font, now known as Fixedsys Core, it was re-created from scratch for alphas, numerics and special symbols and filled with Fixedsys Excelsior symbols to fill the remaining gaps.

Release v5, stylistic and readability improvements

changed '8', '&', '`', '~', '{', '}', '#'.

Small fixes to 'd' and 'e' upper vertical beams

Small fix to problematic areas of 'd' and 'e'

First usable versions of Font

TTF is recommended
OTF is untested

Font name: FixedsysModernV02
e.g. font_face": "FixedsysModernV02",

Based on the original Fixedsys Excelsior with some characters replaced, font behaviour rules are untouched
