Because this needs the spec of the command as well as the command action, the Grammar class will have to be extended -- this should tie in nicely with the customizer UI.

It displays in the Natlink window or the command prompt. A better display method may be in order, like ordering by command usage frequency, and putting it in an improved status window, but that's another issue.

Also, this version will basically only handle MergeRules/etc. processed by the CCRMerger, but that alone causes enough of a screen real estate problem without including Dragonfly rules too.
