[WARNINGS] Removing warnings appearing in several distributed tests.

Description

The following 36 warnings:

  /opt/dgl/dgl-source/tests/distributed/test_distributed_sampling.py:918: UserWarning: To copy construct from 
a tensor, it is recommended to use sourceTensor.clone().detach() or sourceTensor.clone().detach().requires_grad_(True), 
rather than torch.tensor(sourceTensor).
    k: torch.tensor(v, dtype=dist_graph.idtype) for k, v in nodes.items()

which appeared in some distributed tests, have been fixed.
