Adding the 9.0.2xx channels

@mmitche since 9.0.1xx is now in QB mode, I wanted to open up 9.0.2xx branches in the sdk and templating in case folks had work they wanted to start on for the next feature band release. Let me know if I missed anything in this change.

BTW, I tried to create a default channel for templating but it failed and I assume it's because this change has to go in first.
