Any reasonable links (if they exist) back to the localization team's documentation would be good to add to help give the full picture of localization. Then someone who "knows they need loc" can more easily discover the important teams.

@garath regarding the comment on links back to docs -- the existing sections do have links to their docs for further explanation

I'll be releasing a site with this information. ETA is early June.
