A new import-hex command was introduced in cosmos-sdk 47, but it is not yet available in evmos. To support addresses with the ethsecp algorithm, it would necessitate the implementation of the ethsecp algo in the cosmos-sdk simapp, which is a complex task. Hence, I've decided to only implement the claim command for secp256k1 addresses at this time. Users with ethsecp will claim their rewards directly via keplr.
