It takes a Music.txt tab delineated file from iTunes, and updates Ratings, play & skip 
counts, last played, and last skipped in another iTunes library to match.

It's fantastic if you transferred your music to a new computer, and then realized that
by not transferring the Library file you lost all your ratings.
