Description
[Ingest Management]: Enroll Agent with Fleet Horizontal Scrollbar automatically moves to its default left hand side position on dragging it to right hand side

Preconditions

  1. 7.9.1 Kibana cloud environment should be available.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Kibana 7.9.1 cloud environment in browser, then click Ingest Manager.
  2. Click on Fleet tab -> 'Add agent' button.
  3. Scroll down and navigate to third step under 'Enroll with Fleet' tab on right hand side menu.
  4. Move the 'Windows' horizontal scrollbar to right hand side.
  5. Observe that 'Windows' horizontal scrollbar automatically moves to its default left hand side position.

Expected Result
[Ingest Management]: Enroll Agent with Fleet Horizontal Scrollbar should not automatically move to its default left hand side position on dragging it to right hand side.

What's working

  • Issue is not occurring with vertical scrollbars under Add agent->'Enroll with Fleet' and 'Standalone mode' tabs(say for 'Configure the agent' third step under 'Standalone mode' tab)

What's not working

  • Issue is also occurring with 'Linux (.deb and .rpm)' and 'macOS / Linux (.tar.gz)' horizontal scrollbars under 'Enroll with Fleet' tab.

this is a dupe to the general 'page refresh' problem that exists due to the polling for new Fleet agents to dynamically show on the page. i can look up the dupe...

closed as a dupe - i updated the short desc of #72531 to include the scroll bar
