[Ingest Manager] Fleet agent enroll fly-out refreshes every few seconds and user loses any text highlight done and the 'scroll' position of horiz scroll bar

7.9 Latest, cloud deploy

Browser:
chrome latest on macOS

Describe the bug:
If you are on the Fleet page, you can think you copied the enroll command, but may not have (and you may have an earlier copy to the clip-board) and end up deploying the wrong Agent config and its very hard to know it from visibly viewing the string.

Steps to reproduce:

1. deploy stack to cloud, 7.9 version and enable 'Fleet'
2. on fleet mode and click on 'enroll new agent' button
3. look at the flyout and see the horizontal red 'laser beam' looking refresh indicator every few seconds come by.
4. double click and highlight the enrollment command, then in a few seconds see the highlight go away.

Expected behavior:
Is there a way to enable the refresh of the data in the command if user selection changes, without this heavy refresh?

if its an easy-to-moderate fix, maybe we should consider this for Beta 1 - if we have any reason to skip it then thats ok - just suggesting to help avoid some pain if possible.
