Kibana version:
7.12+

Describe the bug:
I create a new XY axis chart and change the metric to percentage mode

When I click the chart I expect to be able to create a filter but no filters are applied

This happens for all types of xy charts (line, area and bar charts). If the mode is set to normal everything works as expected.
