How to build
============
- copy the lib dir contents of the BIRT runtime samples into the lib folder
- remove the org.w3c.dom package from the org.eclipse.birt.runtime bundle by modifying the jar (unpack, delete and pack)
  -> this is a know problem already filed as a bug: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=383926
- run 'grails publish-plugin --no-scm'
