- Remove top padding in standalone mode
- Remove type from HealthRecord typedef
- Add notices for when no Persons are added
- Update all "add" buttons to have a better hover state
- Use syncedstore "toSorted" for measurements and vitals
- Delete associated measurements when deleting a person or vital
