Bug Report

Current Behavior

Suspending a user without a suspension message produces an email notification with the template variable shown.

Hey [user],

You have been suspended for the following reason:

---
{suspension_message}
---

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Suspend a user without specifying a message for the user in the suspend modal
  2. See the email notification sent to the user

Expected Behavior

When the reason was not specified you shouldn't see the template source.

Environment

  • Flarum version: 1.2.1
  • PHP version: 8.0.12
