Changes proposed in this pull request:

This PR uses ItemLists for the content of DiscussionPage content.

When writing my Ad Units extension, I found it very difficult to add ads around Flarum, especially in this area.

Reviewers should focus on:

Nothing in particular.

  • Backend changes: tests are green (run composer test).
