None of the changes to the console package listed in Symfony's 3.0 upgrade notes affect existing code for this project. Increasing the compatibility to allow version 3 would improve this project's compatibility with other projects designed to be installed globally, many of which depend on psy/psysh.

(For example, it's not currently possible to have drush/drush and studio installed at the same time because of this dependency.)
