yakity-yak

This is a SmartThings Device Handler that will work with any server on a LAN local to it. It sends the following commands:

?alarm=siren - turn on a siren
?alarm=strobe - turn on a strobe
?alarm=both - turn on a siren and a strobe
?alarm=off - turn off siren and strobe
?tone=beep - sound a tone
?speak=value - speak value
?text=value - text value
