Description
Degenerification removed the need for having registries per backend so, we can now remove the
backendportion of the ID as it's no longer necessary.This simplifies
enumerate_adapters&request_adaptera bunch.enumerate_adaptersis not used by the Firefox bindings so it doesn't need a way to provide a set of IDs.Testing
