@giampaolo psutil simply does not work on newer linux kernels, can you please make a release?

I am very short on time now as I am traveling and I need some time to fix a windows failure and make sure the current master head is ready for a new release. I want to remind everybody that this specific issue has been fixed in git/master already, so if you are currently bitten by this you can instruct pip/requirements.txt to retrieve psutil from git rather than from Pypi.
