What does this do / why do we need it?
This PR introduces a persistent
singleSourceCachebacked by a BoltDB file as a step towards #431. It is currently only tested and not used. To be integrated into the rest ofgpsandcmd/depin future PRs.What should your reviewer look out for in this PR?
