Not everyone has tens of gigabytes to play with, documenting this will reduce the friction of running mimir from scratch. Also updated memcached lib, so now cpu_requests is configurable, ref: grafana/jsonnet-libs#756 Signed-off-by: Oleg Zaytsev <mail@olegzaytsev.com>
