What this PR does
In this PR I'm updating the vendored mimir-prometheus to get the changed synched in grafana/mimir-prometheus#583.
The only change affecting Mimir is that
NewLeveledCompactorWithChunkSize()andNewLeveledCompactor()don't take anymore in input whether overlapping compaction is enabled but it's now enabled by default. If you want to control it, you can use the newNewLeveledCompactorWithOptions()(but we don't need it in Mimir).Which issue(s) this PR fixes or relates to
