What this PR does
In this PR I'm updating
mimir-prometheus, which I've resynched in grafana/mimir-prometheus#593. In this update we need to explicitly enable query sharding support in TSDB because I've upstreamed a first part of the work in grafana/mimir-prometheus#593.Which issue(s) this PR fixes or relates to
