Hi,

I try to use sign-verbatin with Vault 0.7.0, but I receive following error: "{"errors":["1 error occurred:\n\n* generate lease in role is nil"]}". In 0.6.4 it works fine.

vault read pki/roles/role1 shows that generate_lease field exists and is not null.

Update sign-verbatim to correctly set generate_lease, as well as (if
1794387 
using a role) the role's ttl, max_ttl, generate_lease, and no_store.

Fixes #2592
