Hi Brian, Later on in the Open function there needs to be a check that bypasses the chmod call if the mode is zero. After that it should be fine! |

This is to address #3639 - is it enough to have this check for a zero mode for short circuiting the chmod? I also updated the docs for
modetoo if so. If not, please let me know that too!
