Discovered that this is really annoying when go-car/v2 is a dependency because it forces every downstream to also have the specific version and toolchain.
Came in via https://go-review.googlesource.com/c/exp/+/611956, just a dep upgrade over there, not missing out on anything, this rolls back to the previous version.
