This allow the tabcontainer to handle an infinite amount of items.
If the items fit inside the available space, then they can't scroll and they are centered.
If there is not enough space then they are aligned to the left (with a margin on both side), and the user can scroll the tab. In this case, if an item that is not completely visible is selected then the tabcontainer is automatically scrolled to completely show the selected item.
