This PR is currently failing due to a missing image: the build on trusted.ci failed after 1 hour with the JDK21 nanoserver image not being pushed.

• The release of the agent image has been retriggered
• chore(updatecli) add missing condition check for jdk21-nanoserver-ltsc2019 image #464 has been opened to avoid failing PRs in the future
