PHP Regex Patch for UC15.1

This patch includes updated PHP regex to bring it current from 15.0 -> 15.1.

Patch JS library

This release includes a patch for a bug exposed when using the shortnameToUnicode function with an unknown shortname.

7.0 Release

This release brings the toolkit current with JoyPixels 7.0 and Unicode 14. Additional changes in this release include:

This release bring the emoji-toolkit current to JoyPixels 6.5 and Unicode 13.1.

Patch release to repair emoji.json, node-sass, CDN issues

This patch includes an updated emoji.json file with correct diversity_base properties, which fixes #30.
This patch also merges 2 PRs, one to include node-sass as a dev dependency, and one to repair the CDN link within the PHP toolkit.

This release brings the JS and PHP libraries up to date with JoyPixels 6.0 and Unicode 13.0.

Patch for PHP client emoji url bug, emoji_strategy update

This patch fixes #21 caused by an incorrect CDN endpoint for fetching emoji assets remotely. This patch also updates emoji_strategy.json to sync with 5.5.0.
