Website doesn't show recent versions of cert-manager

I've recently merged 2 new versions of cert-manager and neither of them show up on operatorhub.io

• operator cert-manager (1.11.4) community-operators#2931
• operator cert-manager (1.12.2) community-operators#2935

There is a failed CI build when the last one got merged:

Stable: Should be 1.12.2

Candidate: Should be 1.12.2
