Problem

In the picture it is visible the problem. The Span for AppPreDeployTask is parent of AppPreDeployEvaluation. Instead, they should be siblings.
The problem is that the wrong ctx is used to create the AppPreDeployEvaluation Span.

DoD

  • AppPreDeployEvaluation and AppPreDeployTask are siblings' Spans
