OpenFST for Windows, v1.6.7 r1. This is a release build.

The attached .zip archive contains executables built aggressively optimized for speed (x64 only). We won't probably be including libraries into the release, as these can easily be built from source with Visual Studio 2017 and without any external dependencies.
