This PR bumps dependencies to their latest minor/patch releases and removes the MIT license reference in composer.json

@carlosmintfan this repo isn't intended for re-use. It's proprietary to Laravel.

Not that it's very important for me. It'd just be nice. But you're currently saying like "Hey contributors! Sorry you can't use the source code of our website, but if you'd like to make a contribution, of course you can! Just make sure you don't use any of our source code in your own projects!"
Hmm...contributing source code (without getting money) to a project we can't use the source code of?

@laravel Could you allow me to at least use the code of your GithubFlavoredMarkdownConverter?
@mbabker You're giving me thumbs down but do you have an explanation why I should contribute without getting money to a project I myself can't use the source code of?
