Right now, moving an ACL file in viewers' private storage fails if a file by that name already exists. Note that this doesn't prevent the plugin from working, the viewer still gets access. But it remains in the root folder of the private storage, instead of being moved to the
Moodlefilesdirectory.This patch was backported from a change that happened in the context of MDL-58943.
