Workflow definitions

This is a list of shared workflow definitions with a short description.

If you want to share your own definitions, follow these steps:

1. Create your definition and download the backup file.
2. Create a zip-Folder, which contains the xml file.
3. Start creating a new issue and drag-and-drop the zip file to the issue.
4. Copy paste the link, which will occur and add it together with a description to this link.
5. Abort the creation of the issue.

Delete old courses of a course category

This definition is called at every 2nd of May and will start a process for every course in a specific category or any of its child categories. Additionally, the course has to be older than three years.

If a process is started, first all teachers are contacted via email, if they still need the respective course. If they do not respond in a specified time frame, first a backup will be created for the course. Afterwards, the course will be deleted.
