Changes

Due to an update in the Bouncy Castle library, Khernet had to be updated to target .NET Framework 4.6.1.

If you plan to use Khernet on Windows Vista, you have to use Khernet 0.21.0.1 or earlier, though it is not recommended because the patched version of Bouncy Castle does not support .NET Framework 4.5.2.
