Updated and added docstrings to all major modules and scripts. Changed some naming conventions that were out of date to make code function more explicit.

Percolation model and random network conduction implemented and functional

solved issue of singular matrices. fully functional conduction

singular matrices were caused by junctions with no conduction path
to the source and drain nodes. fixed by only calculating conduction
on the spanning cluster
