Some of the resources required for running the feature extraction code are available here. These are the same resources released for the WMT 2012 Quality Estimation task.
The data consists of a very small dataset whose function is to test the current implementation of topic model features. The data and the preprocessing code that generate the topic models for a given dataset is available here
