Add custom style to blockqoutes

The default bootstrap blockquote is not not standing out visually.
So added simple styling to blockquotes including its paragraphs, footer
and citation tags.

The styling applied to blockquote is

• Left border with primary color and visible width
• Gray background and italic fonts.
