wrong image on hovers

Hi,
I noticed that when I hover mouse on Error image , it shows wrong file icon.
on loading.gif hover, image simply disappears and reappears when mouse is out.
check attached image taken on hover.

Note:This happens when mouse is over icon not text.

thanks, I reproduced the problem with the error icon and fixed it (will be merged with the wide2 branch).
But I was not able to reproduce a problem with loading.gif; could you give some details here?

If you add , debug delay , and hover mouse over loading spinner .. it should do same as above. I will try to create fiddle when I have time.
