…putational_domain.h. Also description of all commented lines has been added, along with a description of the CAD curvature refinement procedure. Added parameter to decide th ratio between the maximum tolerance in the used CAD files and the tolerance that the projectors will have to use.
…triangulation distructor was called. the was a confilcting declaration of the cad surfaces and curve vector, and the program worked with the local copy present in refine_and_resize function. in the desctructor, it was trying to free all the manifolds corresponding to the shapes in the cad vectors, which were empty. So, the manifolds were not free come destruction time. Indent done too.
