To make it work with react-native 0.57 and detox v9 we need this build.gradle changes

I'm also having problems using this library since upgrading to 0.57, it would be great if this could be merged and released @maxs15. 😄 |

As react-native 0.57 already uses newer versions of compileSdkVersion, targetSdkVersion and support library. I think it's time to update these values.
I've made it to allow any user to provide their own. I've made default versions 26 but I can make it the version you prefer.
