Web sidebar not resolving chapter numbers for solutions sub-headings

You can't have a link within a link. The sidebar links to the solutions in the chapter, and the ref links to chapter itself. I'd suggest including the ref link in text below the header or unlink header from the sidebar.

Note that this is only a problem for the web version of the book and shouldn't hold up the submission of the PDF manuscript to the publisher.
