THIS IS A DRAFT OF EARLY INITIAL WORK, A PLACEHOLDER.

Add security self-assessment and thread modeling documentation to new security directory. These will be needed for incubation and further in incubation to do joint assessment with CNCF TAG security.

These are only initial documents, and very much work in progress, to be continued after holiday season.
