Summary

A new version of stencil is available.

💬 Description

Upgrading to latest Stencil version (4.8 at time of writing), would resolve an issue with building our packages as described here: ionic-team/stencil#4661

💰 Use value

It would save developers from potentially having to build the packages twice

Additional info

Upgrading would also help towards #1236
