src/data/valid/ChromatographicSeparationProcess-GC-has_calibration.yaml

This needs to be wrapped in a Database, which would also include a definition of nmdc:obj-asdfasd-asdfasdf

Note: that isn't a valid id fro a DataObject. We would have seen that if the DataObject was defined because id patterns are checked in definitions, not mentions.
