Description
Adding metrics specific to MSTestv1 into our telemetry so we can distinguish tests that run via TPv1, via TPv0 and tests running via TPv0 using an extension, such as CodedUI tests.
Admittedly this is very MSTestv1 specific and also needs https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/DevDiv/_git/VS/pullrequest/306547.
