DST Attack Priorities Client Mod

high priorities:

• if its an ice staff and its a walrus or else a color bird
• if its a dart and there is a hound
• if its a boomerang and its a deerclops, bearger, walrus, bird of color or else a crow
• if its a spider and its playing its preattack animation (stun-lock it)

validation rules:

• if its an ice staff and the potential target is frozen
• if its a fire staff and the potential target is ablaze
