This reduces the download requirement for the main page by about 1967.5KiB (the original screenshots totaled about 2007 KiB, vs 39.5KiB for the thumbnails).
This is only a basic thumbnail, a more complete version would include more sizes.
The images are resized to 380x214 at 50% quality.
Also, it would be great if jekyll could generate these automatically (I didn't look into this).
