Adjusts the supported version matrix to match the availability of jam files in the configs directory and supported ndk versions in the build-android.sh script.

I'm not quite sure how that chart was maintained before, and it looks it hasn't been consistent over the years, but this change makes it match what is possible to attempt to build at least. |
